Job Title: Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

The Sales & Digital Marketing Executive will drive Cemmax's commercial growth by generating leads, developing client relationships, converting prospects, managing digital sales channels and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Generate new business: Identify active and upcoming construction projects across Abuja through field visits, industry contacts, contractors, QS firms and structural engineers. Client relationship management: Conduct a minimum of 10 client/prospect visits weekly, maintain relationships and identify upcoming concrete supply opportunities. Sales & quotations: Understand client requirements, prepare and submit quotations within 24 hours, and follow up within 48 hours. Digital marketing & lead generation: Manage Cemmax's LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp Business channels, publish commercial content at least twice weekly, respond to enquiries within 24 hours and convert digital leads into sales opportunities. Order coordination: Confirm client pour schedules and coordinate confirmed orders with the Dispatch & Load-Out Coordinator, ensuring adequate notice and prompt communication of changes. Pipeline management: Keep all prospects, clients, quotations, orders and payment statuses updated in the sales pipeline within 24 hours of any change. Receivables follow-up: Monitor assigned client accounts, follow up on overdue invoices and escalate accounts exceeding 14 days overdue. Sales reporting: Submit weekly reports covering client visits, leads, quotations, conversions, digital enquiries, confirmed orders and outstanding client issues. Market intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, activities, client wins and new concrete suppliers, providing monthly competitive intelligence reports. Bid support: Assist with PQQs, RFQs, technical capability statements and project reference documentation.
