About the Role
A real estate marketing firm is hiring for site-based roles covering site attendance / supervision, site management, and store keeping.
Successful candidates will be responsible for on-ground oversight at properties / project sites, inventory / stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth daily site operations.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and record staff / site attendance.
Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with procedures.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and store records (for store keeper role).
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site personnel.
Report site issues, discrepancies, and progress to management.
Ensure proper documentation of goods/materials in and out.
RequirementsPrior experience in site supervision, site management, or store keeping.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work on-site and manage daily operations independently.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management (for store keeper applicants).
Experience working on real estate/property development sites is an advantage.
SalaryN150,000 - N300,000 per month.
