Job Summary
The Social Media Executive will manage and grow the company's online presence across all social media platforms, creating engaging content to promote the apartment, bakery/pizza, and other business lines.
The role is responsible for building brand awareness, engaging with customers online, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive sales and leads.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, captions) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and response to comments/messages.
Collaborate with the Bakery/Pizza and Apartment teams to showcase products, promotions, and property listings.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.
Assist in planning promotional events, giveaways, and product launches.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related fields.
2-4 years' experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling tools.
