 Job Title: Tax Due Diligence Consultant

Location: Lagos Objective

To assess tax compliance, tax exposures, historical tax liabilities, and tax optimization opportunities within the company.

Review Corporate Income Tax filings. Review Petroleum Industry fiscal obligations. Review VAT compliance. Review PAYE compliance. Review Withholding Tax compliance.

Identify historical tax exposures. Review unresolved tax disputes. Assess penalties and interest risks. Review transfer pricing arrangements.

Identify tax savings opportunities. Assess tax efficiency of current structure. Develop restructuring tax considerations.

Review interactions with tax authorities. Assess adequacy of tax documentation. Review prior tax audits and assessments.

Tax Due Diligence Report. Tax Exposure Assessment. Tax Risk Register. Tax Optimization Strategy. Tax Compliance Remediation Plan.

Required Qualifications

Chartered Tax Practitioner. Professional membership of CITN or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years tax advisory experience. Strong oil and gas taxation expertise.
