Job Title: Team Lead

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company’s goals and long-term vision.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with firm policies.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire department heads and staff teams to achieve performance targets and maintain a culture of excellence.
Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the firm’s client base and service offerings.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage resources effectively, and ensure financial goals are met.
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and reporting systems to track business performance and make data-driven decisions.
Client Service & Satisfaction: Uphold service quality standards and ensure consistent, high-level client experiences.
Policy Development: Draft, review, and enforce business policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks to the organization.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of business management experience, preferably in travel, consulting, or professional service industries.
Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex business operations.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Proficiency in business management tools and software (e.g., CRM, project management platforms, reporting tools).
SalaryN300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
