We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate general ledgers, record daily transactions, and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare, process, and issue invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
Track accounts receivable (payments owed by clients) and accounts payable (vendor obligations).
Prepare periodic financial reports, income statements, and balance sheets for management.
Ensure all financial operations comply with tax laws, local regulations, and organizational accounting standards.
Compute tax liabilities (such as VAT or corporate tax) and ensure timely remittances.
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and manage collections.
Experience & Requirements
Interested candidates should possess HND / Bachelor`s Degree
3-5 years experience in Accounting
Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
Ability to use an Accounting software is required.
Female Account Officer is Preferred.
