We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Area Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple hospitality outlets within an assigned region. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, maintain high service standards, drive profitability, and lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations effectively.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hospitality outlets, ensuring consistency in service delivery and operational standards. Monitor branch performance against sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and revenue generation. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Recruit, train, coach, and mentor branch managers and operational staff to enhance performance and service quality. Analyze financial reports, control operational costs, and implement measures to maximize profitability. Ensure excellent customer service by resolving escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor inventory levels, procurement processes, and stock management to minimize losses and wastage. Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives. Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive customer traffic. Prepare periodic operational reports and present business performance updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements within the hospitality industry.

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality operations management, with experience supervising multiple outlets or branches. Proven experience in restaurant, lounge, hotel, or hospitality chain operations. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational costs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management/POS systems. Ability to travel frequently between business locations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Professional certifications in Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or Business Management will be an added advantage. Experience managing multi-unit hospitality operations. Knowledge of Nigerian hospitality regulations and HSE standards.
