Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will provide high-level operational leadership, aligning daily business functions with overall strategic goals.
Serving directly as the Deputy CEO, this role requires a seasoned executive capable of stepping into corporate governance, driving operational efficiency, and scaling cross-departmental operations within the hospitality or telecommunications sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with executive leadership to design, implement, and optimize core business operations.
Assume full operational responsibility and act on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer when required.
Oversee key functional units, including retail operations, leisure/recreation, food & beverage, and customer experience.
Streamline processes to maximize profitability, service quality, and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record in executive-level operational leadership (COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent).
Direct, demonstrable background within the Hospitality or Telecommunications industry.
Strong strategic vision, governance skills, and financial acumen.
Experience in Experience in 4 star /5 star Hospitality industry is compulsory.
