Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (an advanced degree or professional certification is a plus). Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial banking or corporate lending.  A proven track record in credit analysis, portfolio management, and successful business development Strong command of commercial banking products and the regulatory landscape. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
