The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and managing social media interactions to promote the brand effectively.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Manage social media accounts and content
Assist in resolving customer complaints
Provide product information and support
Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
RequirementsOND qualification and above
Excellent communication skills
Creativity in social media engagement
Basic social media management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
