We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
RequirementsMinimum qualification: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree (depending on company policy).
Proven experience in customer service or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools/software.
