Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage thecompany's social media platforms and create engaging content.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital channels.
Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Create email marketing campaigns and manage customer engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop marketing campaigns that support business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
RequirementsB.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
Completed NYSC.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role. Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong content creation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadline.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 per month.
