Do you have a passion for sales and a proven ability to attract new customers? Our client in the financial services industry is looking for high-performing Direct Sales Agents to expand their customer base.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for the organization's financial products. Drive deposit mobilization and achieve assigned sales targets. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Promote the organization's products through field marketing and client engagement. Generate quality leads and convert prospects into loyal customers. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline. 3–5 years' experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services. Proven track record in deposit mobilization and direct sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Salary
