 Job Title: Experienced Account Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions and petty cash. Invoicing: Generate client invoices promptly and aggressively follow up on outstanding accounts receivable. Payables: Verify vendor invoices, process payments, and manage vendor relationships. Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly statutory tax returns (VAT, WHT, PAYE) in compliance with local regulations.

Payroll Administration: Compute and process monthly staff salaries, tracking deductions, bonuses, and pensions. Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified personnel for office and field-based facilities roles. Records Management: Maintain secure, updated physical and digital employee files, including contracts and leave tracking. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Compliance: Ensure all company policies strictly align with national labor laws and industrial standards.
