Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team at our facility located in the Free Zone Axis, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
Successful candidates will support daily production operations while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.
Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience and leadership potential may be considered for training as Line Leaders or Shift Leaders.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform production tasks in the Bottle Manufacturing Workshop, Formulation Workshop, Processing Section, Filling Section, or Injection Molding Section as assigned.
Ensure products meet company quality standards and daily production targets.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workplace safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Inspect products and report any quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
Assist with machine setup, material handling, packaging, and production line changeovers.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess a Secondary School Certificate or above (Vocational / Technical School graduates are preferred) with 3-10 years of experience.
Age: 20–35 years.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience in injection molding, beverage manufacturing, cosmetics, food processing, or packaging industries is an added advantage.
Candidates with production line management or team leadership experience are preferred and may be trained for Line Leader or Shift Leader positions.
Good physical health with no serious communicable diseases.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and work rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
Valid pre-employment health certificate is required.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and willingness to follow instructions.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
No adverse behavioral or disciplinary records.
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the organization.
