Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator – Export & Branding to coordinate production activities, ensure timely execution of export and branding requirements, and support smooth production operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.
Liaise with production, warehouse, quality, branding, and other relevant teams to meet production schedules.
Coordinate export-related production requirements, packaging, labeling, and branding specifications.
Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed according to required standards and timelines.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation using ERP and MS Office 365.
Track materials, production inputs, and finished goods to support efficient workflow.
Identify production delays or issues and escalate them promptly for resolution.
Ensure production activities comply with company quality, safety, and operational standards.
Work closely with the production floor and provide regular updates to management.
RequirementsHND or higher in Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in production coordination within a manufacturing environment.
Strong ERP proficiency is mandatory.
Strong MS Office 365 proficiency is mandatory, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with export production, branding, packaging, or labeling is an added advantage.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a floor-based production environment.
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple production priorities.
