We are seeking an experienced Fractional Fundraising & Investment Partner to work closely with the Founder and leadership team to develop and execute our fundraising strategy. This is a strategic partnership opportunity for someone who can bring proven fundraising experience, investor relationships, and execution capability. Successful performance may lead to a future senior leadership position such as SVP Finance & Fundraising as the company scales. We are not looking for generic applications or investor contact lists. We are seeking a committed partner who understands our opportunity and can actively contribute towards securing strategic investment.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and execute VivaFemini's fundraising strategy. Identify and engage suitable investors, including:
Venture Capital firms Angel investors Impact investors Family offices HealthTech/FemTech investors Strategic partners Grant organisations
Build and manage an investor pipeline. Secure qualified investor introductions and meetings. Support investor presentations, fundraising materials, due diligence, and negotiations. Help position VivaFemini within the global HealthTech, FemTech, AI, and impact investment ecosystem. Identify grant opportunities and support non-dilutive funding applications. Support strategic partnerships that accelerate growth.
Required Experience
We are looking for someone with demonstrable fundraising success.
Proven experience supporting or closing startup fundraising rounds, investments, or significant grants. Existing relationships with investors, VCs, foundations, or funding organisations. Experience with early-stage fundraising (Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A or similar). Strong understanding of venture capital, impact investing, startup finance, and investor expectations. Ability to independently create opportunities and drive fundraising conversations. Experience in HealthTech, FemTech, Digital Health, AI, or emerging markets is highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate
Has a proven track record, not just fundraising knowledge. Can open doors and create meaningful investor conversations. Takes ownership and operates like part of the executive team. Is committed to building a long-term relationship with VivaFemini.
This is a success fee-based partnership. Compensation is linked directly to successful outcomes, including:
Investment capital raised. Grants secured. Strategic funding partnerships completed.
High-performing candidates may have the opportunity to progress into a senior executive role, including SVP Finance & Fundraising.
