Location: Ojota, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends as required) Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk / Quality Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, ensuring products are properly inspected and packaged, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner. Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information. Perform quality checks on cookware before packaging and dispatch. Wrap and package cookware to company standards. Maintain accurate records through timely data entry. Ensure products are properly labeled and prepared for delivery. Keep the front desk and work area clean and organized. Report product defects or quality issues to management. Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Uphold company policies and maintain high service standards.

Minimum of an OND qualification with 2-3 years experience. Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, administrative, or quality control role is an added advantage.
