Xpro-Gas Limited is an Oil and Gas company that deals with the supply of LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas), and sells of Gas cylinders and it's accessories. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Gas Plant Supervisor

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the LPG plant to ensure smooth and efficient production. Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to maintain a safe workplace. Ensure company assets, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and secured. Monitor gas processing activities and ensure operational parameters meet required standards. Coordinate plant start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency response procedures. Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Manage inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of operational materials. Oversee the safe distribution and transportation of LPG products. Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer requirements through effective quality control. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure reliability. Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Administration to support business goals. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation. Ensure effective communication across departments to support efficient business operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements. Prepare and submit regular operational reports, including production performance, efficiency, maintenance activities, and key operational challenges.

Interested candidates should possess a HND / Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
