Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and execution-focused Head, Field Operations to lead and scale our nationwide field operations
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the General Manager, APA, you will provide strategic leadership for all field operations, driving Retirement Savings Account (RSA) acquisition, retail market expansion, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
You will oversee nationwide field teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver sustainable business growth through effective field execution.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate should possess:A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline (MBA/Master's degree is an advantage).
8–10 years' progressive experience in field operations, sales management, business development, pensions, banking, insurance, fintech, FMCG, or a related industry.
At least 5 years' experience leading large, geographically dispersed field teams.
A proven track record of delivering business growth, driving retail market expansion, improving operational performance, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, customer relationship management, operational planning, and performance management skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation, optimise field productivity, and deliver measurable business results.
Knowledge of the Nigerian pension industry and PenCom regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
