A Banking / Financial Services / Forex institution is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Head, Marketing

Location: Head Office, Ikeja - Lagos Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead market expansion across all regions as well as improving & strengthening our brand SME & other loan products

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight of all branch marketing activities and ensure brand consistency across all locations Drive all branches to meet and exceed organizational goals on deposits, loans, and customer acquisition Develop and execute marketing strategies for SME and other MFB/MFI offerings Lead market research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning to grow market share.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: HND / BSc (MCP/MBA is an added advantage). Minimum of 10 years marketing experience in MFB/MFI with vast knowledge in SME business and other microfinance products. Must be willing to travel when necessary to support branches, activations, and stakeholder engagement.
