Location: Apapa, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

As the Head of Accounts & Finance, you will oversee accounting and financial management activities while ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial controls.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial controls Manage accounts reconciliation, budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements Utilize ERP systems and Excel to monitor financial data and prepare management reports Lead the finance team and ensure timely delivery of accounting and financial activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 7 years experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within FMCG Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment Strong financial analysis, reporting, leadership, and accounting skills.

Salary
