Petrogap Oil and Gas Limited was incorporated as a response to the emerging trends in the dynamic Oil & Gas industry. We are a wholly indigenous company and registered player in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream sectors of the Oil & Gas industry. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting Line: Reports to the Head, HR Job Purpose

To support the achievement of organizational goals by delivering efficient and effective human resource services across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, compliance, and learning & development.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and statutory compliance activities. Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and documentation. Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes. Coordinate learning and development initiatives while preparing HR reports and workforce analytics.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional Certification:Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM/CIPM) or equivalent HR certification is an added advantage.

3–5 years in Human Resources.
