We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational organization for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive enterprise-wide capability development, learning strategy, and organizational learning initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, competency frameworks, capability development programmes, and learning systems that support business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Develop and implement the organization's learning and capability development strategy. Design competency frameworks and structured learning pathways. Lead the planning and execution of Graduate Trainee and leadership development programmes. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning plans. Design and deliver blended learning interventions. Support the implementation and effective utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Measure learning effectiveness, ROI, and business impact. Develop and maintain learning reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Build strong relationships with business leaders, internal stakeholders, and external learning providers. Ensure compliance with learning policies, governance, and statutory training requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related discipline. Additional professional certifications in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business Management, or related fields will be an advantage. Minimum of 7 years' experience in Learning & Development. Proven experience designing and implementing capability development programmes. Experience developing learning content and managing learning interventions. Strong understanding of competency frameworks, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Exposure to operational or industrial environments will be an advantage.
