The Instagram Sales Closer is responsible for driving online sales by engaging with customers across Instagram. The role focuses on converting inquiries into purchases, providing exceptional customer service, promoting RLG Cosmetics' products, and building lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other assigned communication channels. Convert customer inquiries into sales by recommending suitable products and achieving assigned sales targets. Process customer orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, addressing complaints, and building long-term customer relationships. Represent the RLG Cosmetics brand professionally while promoting products, campaigns, and new launches. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, and prepare periodic sales performance reports. Share customer feedback and market insights with relevant teams to support continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with Company policies and perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Minimum of an OND, HND, or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of experience in online sales, customer service, social media sales, or e-commerce. Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle industry is highly desirable. Proven experience in achieving sales targets through social media platforms.
