Job Summary
Beautiful Beginning Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Principal to provide strong academic and administrative leadership across the school.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction for the school
Oversee teaching, learning, and academic standards
Supervise, motivate, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum
Monitor students’ academic progress, discipline, welfare, and development
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents
Promote a safe, nurturing, and high-performing school environment
Drive continuous school improvement and academic excellence
Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure policies are implemented effectively
Work closely with management to achieve the school’s goals and objectives.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field
Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in teaching, school leadership, or educational administration
TRCN certification is an added advantage
Proven leadership and staff-management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Passion for quality education and child development.
SalaryN500,000 – N600,000 monthly, depending on experience and suitability.
