Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and quality-driven Production Assistant to support its production operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Microbiology and a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in food or beverage production.
This role requires someone who understands production processes, quality standards, hygiene practices, and can contribute to efficient daily manufacturing operations.
Preferred Candidate:We are seeking a proactive and dependable professional with a Microbiology background and proven experience in food production or beverage manufacturing.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the daily production of beverages and other products in accordance with approved procedures.
Ensure production activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor production processes and report any deviations or equipment issues promptly.
Support the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products.
Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
Assist in minimizing production waste and improving operational efficiency.
Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
RequirementsBachelor's degree or HND in Microbiology or a closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in food or beverage production.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Knowledge of quality control procedures and production documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities.
High level of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to quality.
Working Days & Hours:Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Break: One-hour break daily.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
