Devien Consult Limited - Our client, a reputable player in the financial services industry, is recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Relationship Manager

Locations: Abuja and Lagos (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Develop and manage profitable relationships with new and existing clients. Drive deposit mobilization and grow the organization's liability portfolio. Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring client retention. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years' experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services. Demonstrated success in deposit mobilization and business development. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Salary
