We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shop Manager to oversee our retail operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the IT retail shop.
Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and prevent stock losses.
Oversee product displays and maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and management on stock availability and new product launches.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2–3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in the IT, electronics, or technology sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
