Job Summary
The successful candidate will oversee academic operations, student experience, curriculum quality, tutor management, admissions, partnerships, marketing collaboration, revenue growth, and long-term expansion.
This role requires someone who can build systems, develop people, and transform the Academy into one of Africa's most respected creative and digital learning institutions.
ResponsibilitiesAcademy Leadership:Lead the overall operations
Develop the Academy's long-term strategy.
Build scalable systems.
Ensure the Academy meets its vision and objectives.
Report directly to the Lead Director.
Student Experience:Responsible for:Admissions.
Student onboarding.
Student engagement.
Graduation.
Alumni community.
Programme Development:Design new courses.
Improve existing curriculum.
Recruit industry experts.
Develop certification programmes.
Tutor Management:Recruit tutors.
Evaluate tutor performance.
Conduct quality assurance.
Schedule classes.
Ensure teaching excellence.
Marketing Collaboration:Work with the organization Digital to:Increase student enrolment.
Improve lead generation.
Launch campaigns.
Improve conversion rates.
Build Academy's brand.
Revenue Growth:Student enrolment.
Revenue.
Course completion.
Corporate training sales.
Partnerships.
Student referrals.
Partnership Development:Responsible for developing partnerships with:Universities.
NYSC.
Companies.
NGOs.
SalaryN450,000 - N500,000 per month.
