Area Sales Representative - Abeokuta

POSITION OVERVIEW

Core Duties and Tasks


Facilitate sales transactions and ensure product delivery within designated territories and retail outlets
Conduct efficient retail redistribution of all LSNL/BIC merchandise and effectively cover relevant stores in assigned areas
Conduct periodic performance evaluations with regional managers and clients in accordance with established targets
Create and implement territory coverage strategies
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within allocated regions
Execute SFA and other initiatives flawlessly in sales territories
Implement promotions and deploy point-of-sale materials with precision


Performance Metrics


Meet volume and value sales objectives
Fulfill coverage plans and secure new outlet listings
Maintain order frequency and cash collection rates
Ensure rapid product placement and high-impact visibility
Achieve robust numeric and weighted distribution of LSNL/BIC products in the region
