Job Summary
Our client is a leading global hospitality technology company providing innovative cloud-based software and ERP solutions to the hospitality industry.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven sales leader to spearhead business growth and revenue generation across Nigeria.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Drive market expansion and new client acquisition across the hospitality sector.
Lead enterprise software/ERP solution sales from prospecting through to closure.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
Engage senior decision-makers across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality groups.
Lead, coach, and manage the in-country sales team.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and business partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and team KPIs.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
10–15 years' experience in enterprise software sales, technology sales, or hospitality.
Proven track record in enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, PMS, or hospitality technology sales.
Strong experience managing and developing sales teams.
Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Experience selling to senior executives and enterprise-level decision-makers.
Strong consultative/solution-selling and commercial negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience selling hospitality technology/software solutions will be highly advantageous.
SalaryN1,800,000 – N2,000,000 Net Monthly.
