Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Satisfaction Representative to join our team in Kano.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers and respond promptly to enquiries and complaints.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers across the North-West region.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs and concerns are properly addressed.
Collect and document customer feedback, complaints, and service issues.
Work closely with the Sales and other relevant teams to resolve customer concerns.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Support customer retention and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Provide regular reports on customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction levels.
RequirementsHND / B.Sc.Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Biological Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in customer service, veterinary/animal health, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Veterinary/animal health experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
Must be resident in Kano or willing to relocate
