Job Title: Customer Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Explain products, services, policies, and processes clearly to customers.
Log and track all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
Meet set KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
RequirementsEducation: OND / HND / BSc in any field.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, fintech, banking, or a related role is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Empathy, patience, and a professional attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Target-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Must be fluent in English; proficiency in additional Nigerian languages is an added advantage.
