Job Title: Female Marketing Manager
Location: Asaba, Delta

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives to increase revenue.
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining existing customer relationships.
Promote the company's digital asset and financial services across relevant channels.
Manage the company's social media platforms and ensure consistent brand visibility across digital channels.
Create engaging and high-quality online content, including graphics, videos, promotional campaigns, and marketing copies.
Generate quality leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business engagements.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years' hands-on experience in sales and marketing.
Female candidates
Demonstrable experience in social media management and digital content creation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in digital finance, fintech, cryptocurrency, or related industries will be an added advantage.
SalaryN180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
