We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Naza Pharmacy, Central Area, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Day Off: Sunday Only)
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients professionally
Manage calls, WhatsApp, Instagram & inquiries
Schedule, confirm and manage appointments
Process payments and verify alerts
Issue receipts and maintain payment records
Keep reception area clean and organized
Maintain client records and booking system
Follow up on appointments and aftercare
Handle complaints and support daily operations
Monitor supplies and support the studio team.
RequirementsOND, HND or Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of experience in customer service or front desk role (Beauty experience is a plus)
Proficient in WhatsApp, Microsoft Office & Google Sheets
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Friendly, presentable & reliable
Passionate about beauty & customer service.
