Job Title: Growth & Community Executive

Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Growth & Community Executive to build our brand, grow our customer community and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing and customer growth initiatives.
Manage Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
Create engaging content and coordinate photography/video content.
Build and manage the café customer community.
Develop partnerships with businesses, offices and communities around Lekki.
Plan café events, promotions, loyalty campaigns and activations.
Drive foot traffic, repeat visits and customer retention.
Track marketing performance and recommend growth opportunities.
Support the café team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
RequirementsHND/BSC in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, social media, community management or business growth.
Strong social media and content creation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative, proactive and commercially minded.
Experience with a lifestyle, hospitality, food or consumer brand is an advantage.
Must live within Lekki or surrounding areas and be able to commute easily to Lekki.
What We Offer
Minimum of N250,000 monthly, with performance-based incentives.
