Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Manager to lead its hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure efficient service delivery.
Supervise departments and coordinate staff activities effectively.
Drive excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Monitor revenue, budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, operational standards, and applicable regulations.
Lead recruitment, staff training, performance management, and team development.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Demonstrable experience in financial and operations management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
