The successful candidate will be responsible for performing, documenting and reporting assigned cardiovascular and physiological investigations in accordance with established professional and quality standards.

Performing Pre-Stress and Post-Stress ECG investigations. Performing and monitoring patients undergoing Exercise/Stress ECG procedures. Performing Holter ECG investigations, including application, patient instruction, monitoring and data retrieval. Conducting routine Resting ECG examinations. Preparing patients appropriately for physiological investigations and explaining procedures clearly. Monitoring patients before, during and after investigations and promptly identifying abnormalities requiring clinical attention. Ensuring accurate recording, analysis and documentation of investigation findings. Maintaining and preparing ECG, Holter and related physiological equipment for use. Ensuring appropriate infection prevention and control practices during patient procedures. Maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate clinical records. Working collaboratively with Medical Laboratory Scientists, Radiographers, Physicians, Nurses and other members of the diagnostic team. Adhering to the diagnostic centre's quality management system, SOPs, safety requirements and professional standards. Participating in equipment quality checks, troubleshooting and escalation of equipment faults where necessary.

Bachelor's Degree in Physiology or a related discipline from a recognised institution. Minimum of 3 years' cognate professional experience performing the relevant physiological investigations, particularly Pre- and Post-Stress ECG, Stress ECG, Resting ECG and Holter ECG. Relevant professional or technical certification(s) in cardiovascular diagnostics, ECG, cardiac physiology or related areas will be an added advantage. Candidates must demonstrate practical competence in the investigations listed above.

Demonstrable competence in Resting ECG, Pre- and Post-Stress ECG and Holter ECG investigations. Strong patient-handling and communication skills. Ability to recognise abnormal ECG findings and appropriately escalate critical or concerning observations. Good understanding of cardiovascular physiological investigations and patient monitoring. Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality and professional ethics. Ability to work effectively in a busy medical diagnostic environment. Good computer literacy and ability to work with electronic patient records and diagnostic systems. Ability to maintain equipment and follow established SOPs and quality procedures.
