About the Role
Dokitami is hiring Registered Nurses to join our telehealth team.
This is not a traditional hospital or bedside nursing role.
You will work directly with prospective and existing clients who are interested in Dokitami’s medical weight-management, skincare, wellness, and other healthcare programmes.
Your role will combine clinical communication, client support, patient education, follow-up, and sales conversion. You will help suitable clients progress from initial enquiry through assessment, appropriate programme recommendation, and treatment enrolment.
You should be comfortable communicating with clients through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other digital channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Responding promptly to new client enquiries and leads.
Communicating with clients primarily through WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital platforms.
Conducting and reviewing client assessments in accordance with Dokitami protocols.
Asking appropriate medical and qualification questions.
Educating clients about available Dokitami programmes and treatment options.
Explaining recommended programmes in simple, clear, and understandable language.
Answering questions about treatment, pricing, administration, expectations, and next steps.
Providing client education and guidance within established Dokitami protocols and the nurse’s professional scope of practice.
Identifying situations requiring escalation to a doctor or another appropriate member of the medical team.
Following up with prospective clients who have not completed their assessment or treatment enrolment.
Helping suitable clients progress through the enquiry → assessment → recommendation → treatment enrolment journey.
Following up with existing clients where required.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
Updating the company’s lead and client management systems.
Meeting assigned sales and conversion targets.
Submitting required end-of-shift reports.
Maintaining patient confidentiality and professional medical communication at all times.
Following all applicable company, clinical, and operational protocols.
RequirementsApplicants should:Be a Registered Nurse.
Have excellent written and spoken English.
Be comfortable communicating with clients online.
Have strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Be confident speaking with clients over the phone.
Be comfortable working toward sales and conversion targets.
Be able to explain medical information in simple and understandable language.
Be highly responsive during working hours.
Be organised and capable of managing multiple client conversations simultaneously.
Be comfortable using Slack, WhatsApp, web-based systems, and other digital tools.
Be able to work independently while following established medical and company protocols.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
Be willing to work within a shift-based environment.
Be able to exercise appropriate clinical judgment and escalate cases when required.

Working Schedule
The department operates across two shifts:Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Employees receive one day off each week, either Saturday or Sunday, according to the department’s operational rotation.
Shift assignments and rotations are managed by the Acting Head of Department.
This Is Also a Sales & Client Conversion Role:While applicants must have a medical background, this position has a significant commercial and client-conversion component.
You will be expected to confidently discuss pricing, understand client needs, address appropriate client concerns and objections, follow up with leads, explain suitable programmes, and guide qualified clients toward making informed decisions about Dokitami’s services.
You should therefore be comfortable with both healthcare communication and sales.
We are looking for nurses who can communicate responsibly, educate clients without being unnecessarily clinical, build trust, and confidently guide suitable clients toward treatment enrolment when Dokitami’s services are appropriate.

CompensationTotal Monthly Compensation: ₦300,000
Base Salary: ₦250,000
Work Support Allowance: ₦50,000
The Work Support Allowance is intended to support routine work-related expenses associated with performing the role, including transportation, mobile data, communication, and other reasonable work-related incidental expenses.
