We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Representative
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Core Purpose
To generate leads, close property sales, and bring in revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket properties (online & offline – WhatsApp, Instagram, listings)
Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads
Conduct property inspections/site visits
Close deals and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain client relationships
Prepare and send property details, offers, and pricing
Work with management on promotions and campaigns.
RequirementsMinimum of a BSc Degree in any discipline
Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred but not always required)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficient with the use of Microsoft office tools
Smart phone + active on social media
Ability to work with targets.
Key Skills:Persuasion & closing ability
Confidence when speaking to clients
Social media marketing (Instagram, WhatsApp)
Basic knowledge of real estate.
SalaryN150,000 monthly.
