Job Title: Retail Operations Executive
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations ensuring smooth daily activities.
Supervise and coordinate the work flow and staff
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store revenue targets.
Monitor stock levels and ensure effective inventory control and replenishment.
Maintain high standards of merchandising, store layout, and product display.
Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive team.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, staffing, and operations.
Coordinate with suppliers and the on deliveries, pricing, and product updates.
Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure cost control across store operations.
Drive customer engagement initiatives and promote brand loyalty.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field with a minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Store Operations Executive in a retail store.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be goal-oriented, strategic, and able to make sound business decisions.
SalaryN180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
