Design Bricks Homes & Property is a Nigerian real estate company focused on land sales, housing, property management, and real estate advisory services. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Ilaro, Sagamu, Ijebu, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the sales team to achieve set targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor daily sales activities and track the team's performance in the branch. Generate leads and support the team in converting prospects to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Improve branch productivity. Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented. Good knowledge of sales strategies and lead conversion. Must be a resident of, or willing to relocate to, the preferred branch location.
