Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Job Brief
Dios Dlite is seeking a responsible, energetic and organized Sales Support Assistant to support the Sales team with deliveries, customer follow-ups, receivables, documentation and field activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccompany delivery vans and support product deliveries when required.
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and agreed payment dates.
Follow up on receivables and assist with cheque collections.
Ensure proper documentation accompanies all deliveries.
Confirm completed deliveries and report discrepancies or customer issues.
Visit customer outlets for assigned follow-ups and field activities.
Maintain basic records of customer visits, payment follow-ups and collections.
Provide administrative and documentation support to the Sales team.
Perform other sales related duties as assigned.
RequirementsOND, HND or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in sales, customer service or field support is an advantage.
Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
