We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Showroom Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
Lead and supervise the showroom sales team to maximize sales performance.
Monitor individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Review daily sales activities, customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure proper follow-up on all leads and prospective customers.
Develop strategies to increase walk-in customers and showroom conversions.
Support sales executives in closing high-value or difficult deals.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the showroom.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, attractive, and properly maintained at all times.
Ensure all display vehicles are properly positioned, clean, fueled/charged, and ready for customer viewing.
Ensure vehicle keys, documents, accessories, and showroom equipment are properly controlled.
Coordinate with logistics, inventory, after-sales, finance, and administration teams.
Ensure company procedures and operational policies are strictly followed.
SalaryN300,000 - N400,000 per month.
