Job Title: Sonologist / Sonographer

Location: Abule-Egba / Ilupeju Branch, Lagos Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, accurate, and professional Sonologist/Sonographer to join our team at the Abule-Egba / Ilupeju Branch. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality ultrasound examinations and contribute to accurate diagnostics and excellent patient care.


Responsibilities

Perform a range of ultrasound examinations (abdominal, obstetric, pelvic, soft tissue, and other relevant scans). Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning, and clear communication during procedures. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to standard operating procedures. Capture high-quality images and provide preliminary findings as required. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Adhere strictly to infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality protocols. Collaborate with clinical staff to support timely and accurate diagnosis. Ensure equipment cleanliness and report any technical issues promptly.


Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Radiography, Medical Imaging, Ultrasonography, or a related field from a recognized institution. Valid practicing license/registration with the relevant professional regulatory body in Nigeria (e.g., RRBN).


Requirements & Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of ultrasound techniques and equipment. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and good hand-eye coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and manage patient workflow efficiently. Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional standards.
