 Job Title: Supplychain Manager

Location: Lagos 

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and product expansion. Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management across product lines. Manage third-party/contract manufacturers and coordinate production schedules. Ensure production timelines, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and SLAs are met. Source and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements to achieve cost efficiency. Oversee inventory planning, warehouse operations, stock movement, reconciliation, and stock accuracy. Manage inbound and outbound logistics and ensure timely delivery to distributors, retailers, and customers. Optimize transportation, distribution, and order fulfilment costs. Support new product development and launch by ensuring supply chain readiness. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and quality requirements, including NAFDAC and GMP. Monitor supplier and manufacturer performance and compliance. Track key supply chain metrics including cost, efficiency, lead time, service levels, and inventory performance. Prepare periodic supply chain reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience in Manufacturing and FMCG is mandatory. Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations. Strong experience in procurement, vendor management, inventory, warehousing, production coordination, logistics, and distribution. Experience managing third-party/contract manufacturers is highly desirable. Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, inventory control, and supply planning. Experience supporting product launches and new product development is an advantage. Knowledge of NAFDAC, GMP, quality standards, and regulatory compliance is an added advantage. Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple product categories and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
