Job Summary
Are you passionate about travel and helping clients explore opportunities around the world? We are looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven Travel Agent to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on study abroad opportunities, including school applications and visa advisory.
Process domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms (Amadeus or similar).
Plan and coordinate holiday packages, tours, and travel itineraries.
Handle visa applications and travel documentation.
Advise clients on travel requirements, insurance, and destination information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while delivering excellent customer service.
Meet sales and revenue targets.
RequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field.
At least 2 years' experience as a Travel Consultant/Travel Agent.
Strong knowledge of study abroad admissions and application processes.
Proficiency in flight ticketing using Amadeus or other GDS platforms.
Experience in planning and selling tours and holiday packages.
Knowledge of visa application processes for major destinations.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Added Advantage:IATA certification.
Experience with multiple GDS platforms.
Existing network with international schools or travel partners.
