We are recruiting an Academic Coordinator to take full ownership of academic delivery across our programmes.
The Role
You will be responsible for everything academic from the point a student enrols to the point they are certified.
This includes:Building and publishing class timetables across both campuses
Coordinating facilitator schedules, confirming delivery and following up weekly
Issuing assignment briefs, tracking submissions and ensuring marked work is returned on time
Maintaining accurate student records, attendance and results
Preparing certification lists and managing the certificate register
Reporting weekly on academic delivery.
You Should Have
A First Degree or HND
At least two years in academic administration, school administration or training coordination
Strong written English
Confidence with Google Sheets, Forms, Drive and Calendar
A record of following through and holding others to deadlines.

You take satisfaction in things running on schedule.
This Role Will Not Suit You If:You are looking for a teaching or design role
You need part-time or remote arrangements.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
