 Job Title: Business Analyst

Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role

We are looking for a process- and data-driven Business Analyst who can translate business needs, customer problems and operational requirements into clear, practical and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a startup, technology or product-driven environment, preferably within FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, EdTech or SaaS. The role requires someone who is comfortable working across teams, analysing data, designing workflows, documenting requirements, testing solutions and managing stakeholders. This is a business and product-focused role; the ability to write code is not a requirement.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience, preferably within a startup, technology or product-driven organisation. Proven experience working with or managing products in FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, EdTech or SaaS is highly desirable. Strong experience in business process analysis, workflow design and requirements gathering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights. Experience developing process flows, user journeys, business requirements and functional documentation. Experience with UAT, user-centric testing and solution validation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous and changing startup environment. Strong understanding of Agile/product development methodologies.

Agile or professional certification such as PMP, CBAP, Scrum, PMI-PBA or equivalent. Experience with AI-powered tools and solutions and an understanding of how AI can improve business processes or products. Proficiency in diagramming and process-mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io or equivalent. Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar tools is an advantage. Experience working directly with product, engineering and design teams in a technology startup.
